Rhada is a Yorkshire Terrier from the Republic of Latvia. She was named Blue Amulet Radiance Rigel by her first human parents. An Amulet is a small ornament or piece of jewelry thought to give good luck. We call her Rhada for short. She loves people and will climb on anyone’s lap. Rhada is a feisty little mom and weighs 6 pounds.
